Yow.  This is PDF, not HTML.  Dynamic content, while possible, isn't exactly a 
"best fit".  So what's wrong with Google Maps as is?

I don't know what happened to the last GeoPDF poster.  I know there were never 
any examples.  IIRC, our advice boiled down to "read the spec, and good luck".
