Hi,
Use the BouncyCastle to create the signature and insert it into the PDF:
http://itextpdf.sourceforge.net/howtosign.html#signextdiccms.
You have to add the CRLs when creating the signature. Take into account that
this can take a lot place in your PDF and these number of bytes must be
reserved.
