As mentioned before I merely have to cope with externally generated /adbe.pkcs7.detached signatures; therefore, I don't have any ready-to-use sample code for /adbe.x509.rsa_sha1 signatures other than http://itextpdf.sourceforge.net/howtosign.html or http://itextpdf.com/book/chapter.php?id=12 (Chapter 12 of the Book will definitively help you understand what what you are doing.) All code I have here expects you to already have some code externally generating a PKCS#7 container for a given hash value.
