2. Acrobat Reader hasn't been called like that since ages, please use
the correct name: Adobe Reader, so that there is no confusion with Adobe
Acrobat (which is a different product).
3. you're asking something that has been documented as "impossible" on
many different places. Read http://support.itextpdf.com/node/11 to find
out why you're asking something that is impossible.
4. if you have a copy of the official documentation, you'll find the
same answer on page 276.
