That is because every time you open that pdf a copy of it is locally saved
in Temp folder. If the pdf file name is the same unfortunately OS will not
override but will add [1], [2] to distinguish the files.
I am not aware of any solution other than having a different file name every
time. I remember appending timestamp to the name because same file names
were causing issues for me.
