Hi Bruno, Thank you very much for your help. I can see the output like yours
in your book in Fig. 12.5, page-397 except the name.

Firefox)" at step 3 "Pick the e-mail address for which you want to create a
new certificate; choose to include your name; and click "next", I did not
find the option to include my name. Probably that's why I don't see the name
instead it shows "Certified By CAcert WoT User <[email protected]> ,
certificate issued by CA Cert Signing Authority". Could you please tell me
how can I include the name? Thanks again for your help.
