Hello,

I need to send a PDF generated with iText on printers matrix.

Why are you involving iText in your question?
Your matrix printer can't print other PDFs either.

Of course, it does not handle this type of document and publishing is unreadable.
Is there an API that handles itext matrix printers?
Is there another solution?

Sounds like a printer driver problem. In any case, it's off-topic on this list. Contact the printer manufacturer and ask him how you can print PDF documents using his products.
