That's not entirely correct. You have discovered that Google is using iText to export Google Analytics reports in the form of PDF. Google isn't paying us for the use of iText. Google didn't ask us for consultancy when building that service. iText supports ligaturization of Arabic text: it is perfectly able to write text from right to left, and it is perfectly able to make ligatures. However, if this isn't supported in Google Analytics, you have to report this to the Google.
