Yes, complex CSS rendering isn't supported in the current iTextSharp.

The new HTMLWorker is under development for iText (Java).
Once it has been released and tested for our existing customers,
we'll write the port for iTextSharp.

Maybe you should contact iText consultancy for more info
for the timing and the features that will be available.
