The question is confusing because there are two questions in one: [1] you ask for a hyphenation language to be added. => that calls for an extra XML with hyphenation rules for Latin in the itext-hyph-xml.jar => How is Latin hyphenated? Do you know of any official hyphenation rules for Latin?
