With PdfReader.getPageN(page) you can get the page dictionary. If the page has annotation, there will be an /Annots entry. Retrieve that entry; it will be an array. Loop over the array to find the Link annotation you need. Update the annotation. Use PdfStamper to create the altered PDF document.
