Bruno The dictionary values are correct, there is no XMP, not got there yet.

What if you look at the PDF using iText RUPS (there's an exe now; see http://sourceforge.net/projects/itextrups/ ). Is the metadata in the Info dictionary consistent with what you expect? Is the metadata in the XMP stream (if present) consistent with that metadata?
