I don't see how we could help you: - you're not telling us which iText version you're using, - you're not showing us any of your code, - you're not telling us why you think there's a memory leak, - you're already assuming that the problem is caused by iText and not by wrong use of iText, - ... It's as if you don't want us to help. Which is a pity, because if there's a problem, we'd like to know. Also note that if you're using any version older than 5.1, you're on your own.
