You're using CMYK. Don't trust the color on your screen, only trust the 
printed color.
Go to "Edit > Preferences > Page Display > Rendering > Smooth Text"
Change the value (possible choices: For Monitor, For Laptop/LCD screens, 
None).
Does that change anything? I've seen situation where this setting made a 
huge difference.
