I didn't use XML Worker.
I have found:

and it uses ITextRenderer. I know it is flying-saucer object but maybe
someone from this list use it too and can help.

I mentioned FOP just to show that PDF it produces has embedded
fonts I wanted with Identity-H encoding.

OK. Thanks for suggesting it. I have just send the same question
