JavaScript: yes.

That would be a security hazard. No trustworthy software would allow 
this. You can use JavaScript to open a dialog box that asks the user if 
he agrees with sending a mail, but if it were possible to send that mail 
without the user's consent, I'd no longer be a supporter of PDF as a 
document format.
