I don't understand #1 – align text in what way? The text doesn't change when
you use optional content – it just disappears/hidden.
Yes, you can put a dropdown anywhere on the page you want.

Hi,
I have one requirement to fulfill using iText.
There are 3 paragraph's to be shown on PDF and user will select one of them and
rest needs to be hidden. For eg.
1. Para 1
2. Para 2
3. Para 3
If user selects Para 1 and Para 3 then Para 2 needs to be hidden.
For this purpose I would like to add checkbox to each para and depending on
selection would like to hide other non select. Is it possible to do that?
