That would be Map<Long,Long>, not with primitive but with wrapper class Long
but using that could be a pain for conversion from/to the sharp version,
I don't know enough of that to judge so I don't judge

Indeed, that is the same for the Logger I created a while ago. I would
have used existing logging interfaces, but it's easier to convert
from/to the sharp version without using existing logging frameworks
