Purchased the Kindle edition. Read the first 10 pages and found SO MANY ERRORS (technical, historical, etc.) that I can't finish as it just makes me sick :(.
Please DO NOT purchase this book!! I am trying to have it removed from publication - it is just THAT BAD!!
