iText can't solve positioning using the GPOS table in the font. This is as far
as iText can go for now.

So, it is true that SimplifiedArabic font is bad and should not be used?
Another thing.
There is a problem when two consecutive diacritics are added like the
examples I'm including here.
In the generated iText PDF

it is incorrect, but in MSWord it works fine
