Subject: [iText-questions] PdfTextExtractor.GetTextFromPage returns an empty
string on this PDF file.
Hello iText Support
I've struggled with this for a day or so and wonder if you could help me ...
I have a PDF which your software
will open and parse without throwing an exception, but won't return any text.
Between you and me, I think there
is an image within the PDF which is causing the headache.
Attached is the C# console program (zipped as an ordinary txt file) I am
using (which is one of yours btw) together
with the PDF which I am trying to extract the text from. If you open the PDF
in Adobe Acrobat reader it looks ok,
but as you can see it has plenty of images.
I can open many, many other PDFs with this same program without any issues,
so I think its this PDF file which is
the problem.
Any help or information you can give me will be much appreciated; the
itextsharp.dll I am using is Version 5.1.3.0 btw
Many thanks
Richard Hammond
