I am thinking my problem is that I'm copying the existing /Annots array, but it's not doing a "deep copy" of all the referenced annot dictionaries? Plus, when I try to put it back, it looks like I'm putting back an Array, but the original document actually had a reference to the array (don't know if that matters that I accidentally changed it from an indirect to direct reference)?
Can anyone point me in the right direction here?
