Hello David, I am not an iText employee, I'm just an iText user just like you. But I am 100% sure about what the official answer will be:
1/ The kind of support you ask is available if you have a commercial license. 2/ Commercial licenses are only available for iText 5.x, not for 2.x. 3/ iText 2.x is several years old and you won't get any support for it anyway.
