The most probably cause is that the person who wrote the code "to 
combine this pdf with another pdf" didn't read the documentation, and as 
a result used the wrong classes. This question has been asked and 
answered over and over again, please read chapter 6 of "iText in Action 
- Second Edition" and find out how to fix the problem.
