With a little more research, I see that the caption for a gridview is in a
<Caption> tag. I wonder, does iTextSharp not support the use of the Caption
tag?
Here's how my rendered HTML looks:

I have a gridview being printed to a pdf. Each column header prints in the
pdf, but for some reason, the caption, which is like the "Title" of the overall
gridview doesn't display. Any idea how to get a caption added to a gridview
for itext?
