What is the score on asking questions about XML worker on the list?

As you can see in the SVN repository, the XML Worker project is very
http://xmlworker.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/xmlworker/trunk/
Why is that? Because we have some paying customers with very interesting questions. All customers get an answer withing a day, all problems are solved within a week.

A: I have a file which converts well with the online demo but keeps throwing an array out of bounds exception in the JVM as soon as you put a table in it.

The version used for the online demo is very old. We've scheduled an update at the end of June.

B: It also seems not to be picking up a font I registered with FontFactory.register()

I can't reproduce this with my internal demos. It works for me.

Is there a better place to ask, or are we on our own?

Non-paying users are on their own. It wouldn't be honest towards our paying customers to give non-paying users the same level of support as paying customers.
