The example part3.chapter12.Signatures states you need iText.jar,
bcmail-jdk15-146.jar, bcprov-jdk15-146.jar to work, but I was getting
failures at the line
>>MakeSignature.signDetached(appearance, es, chain, null, null, null, null,
0, MakeSignature.CMS)
Until I included the bcpkix jar too

Are the examples updated as that line should new end 0, false) or 0, true)
according to the new API???
