Misleading Subject:-line, good question.
You read the existing PDF with PdfReader.
You create the new PDF with PdfStamper.
You add a page with insertPage().
You add content to that page using getOverContent()
and either PdfContentByte or ColumnText.
I have no idea why you would use PdfWriter and Document.
