Hi All
I have planned to upgrade the FOP version at least by merging code related to 
PDFA creation and try creating PDFA compliance from the scratch.
Meanwhile I will try to use an external tool if I can, and try embedding it and 
let it to do the conversion.

Thanks for the help all you did and learnt quite a lot. But hope iText will 
support at least in future with a richer library, to convert an existing PDF as 
it is heavily usable.
