JJ:
Check your Powershell Version ( one of the Microsoft Updates in the last month
or two upgraded Powershell from V2 to V3, and V3 has 'improved' security by not
allowing the load of any downloaded code ). If the Powershell Command says
Version = 3.0 and when you Right Click on the iTextSharp DLL and select
Properties it says at the bottom: "Security: This file came from another
computer and might be blocked to help protect this computer " That is the
problem..
You can try running File Manager as Administrator, Right Click on the DLL,
select Properties and click on the Unblock button ( this sometimes works ), if
that does not work, run Powershell as an administrator and use the Unblock-File
commandlet.
