Hi,

I've been teaching myself how to use Itext, its been a great experience.
My question I think it probably quite basic but it has eluded me and so I
am hoping for some direction or pointers.

I have a pdf with fields and comments. I am opening up the PDF with Itext
and looking for certain data about and in the fields. I can find most of
the data I am looking for in a widget for that object. However some of the
data is found in the parent object of the widget, and I need to get that as
well. In the child widget I can find the parent identifier, but my problem
is I can't figure out how to use the parent identifier to get the parent
object.

Again it seems like it should be very basic on how this is done, but I
don't seem to be able to find it. It could also be right in front of my
face and I am just not recognizing it. So any help, directions, pointers,
etc would be appreciated.

Thanks
