No you haven't. You say "if I open pdf i can't see signature". 1. to see the signature, you need to open the document in a text editor, NOT in Adobe Reader. The signature is the value of the /Contents key in the signature dictionary, the part inside the angle brackets. 2. what you mean is that you don't see the visual representation of the signature when opening the document in Adobe Reader. You should use the correct terminology, because we still don't have an answer to these questions: a. Do you see the signature panel to the right? If so, the document is signed. If not, did you open the panel? b. Do you see the widget annotation on the page? If not, you either have an invisible signature, or you've added the signature outside the visible area of the page. Are you sure the coordinates 36, 748, 144, 780 fit inside the page boundaries? Please don't make this a guessing game, giving us only one hint at a time.
