All of this a matter of how Rich Media annotations are defined in the 
PDF specification (or Adobe's extensions to the standard) and the way 
these specs are implemented in Adobe Reader. I hope we all agree that 
this makes it a question that is outside the scope of iText, but 
nevertheless I'm very interested in hearing the answer.
