How is this related to iText? 1.) you're talking about an MS Word document, whereas iText is a PDF library. 2.) if I understand correctly, you want to reflow text, which isn't possible in PDF. 3.) you need the document to be editable, which isn't possible in PDF (unless you're talking about a PDF form, which you probably aren't).
