The document you attached was generated with iText 2.0.8. This version is
more than 5 years old [1]. Current version is 5.4.0

The use of such an old version is dangerous, both technically and legally,
for you and your customers [2].

As a consequence, you should not expect any support at all, at least not
for free.
You might get some help if you purchase a license, that would entitle you
to premium support [3] (but please check with their sales dept first).
