You are mailing to the online mailing list AND THAT'S TOTALLY DIFFERENT.
In order for you to write to support, you NEED TO BE A CUSTOMER.
If you're a customer, you should have received a login for the official ticketing system.
There's a HUGE difference between SUPPORT and what you get on this list.
