You PDF file seems to have been treated as text somewhere, it seems to have
had 1 byte long line ends (either CR or LF) and now has 2 byte long ones
(CRLF). At least that's how I interpret the cross reference table errors.

Please use a transport channel treating the PDF as a binary file.
