If the field appears to be correct in all PDF viewers except pdf.js, 
isn't there a chance that the problem lies with pdf.js?
If so, would you change your PDF to work with pdf.js (possibly breaking 
the PDF for other viewers) or would you ask the people at pdf.js to fix 
the problem?
