I have a similar request, but I will word it differently. Is it possible to read a pdf and stamp out a new pdf but make changes to certain areas. For instance, I have a real world example (and there are no forms in the source pdf).
My input pdf has a bad date, "May 15, 1994", but the date needs to change to "May 15, 2014". Could I read a pdf, find an occurrence of "May 15, 1994" and change it to "May 15, 2014"? What is the best and quickest way to achieve this? Thank you! Develop wrote: > Hi, > > Is it possible to edit text and image from a pdf document using itext? PDF is a Page Description Language.
