Without you showing us the PDF that causes the problem (and a SSCCE), we
can only guess about the nature of the problem.
For instance: the question you posted on August 7 showed that you didn't
use iText correctly, which resulting in an obvious error.
(But I already answered that question, explaining what you did wrong.)
