What you install depends on how you do it.
  You can setup OTRS to "check mail" on any mail server, and based on that
e-mail address, place a ticket in queue. I "think" there are other more
advanced options that use regular expressions to hammer out where the
tickets goes.  I could be wrong about that.  Basically if memory server,
you have to setup up an account using the "Postmaster mail account."  I
haven't setup on up that way, hope that helps.
