have a look at: http://otrs.org/download/ "Download OTRS" (the 2.3.3 version) The addonpackage otrs::itsm has version 1.2 scrolling down to: "Download OTRS::ITSM 1.2" there are 2 different version numbers for otrs and the "otrs::itsm-packages" as like the FAQ-package has version 1.5.4 (for otrs 2.3.3) got me? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ein schoner Buchrucken kann auch entzucken.
