Hi,
The version supported by debian are
* etch (stable) 2.0.4p01-18: all
* etch-m68k 2.0.4p01-17: all
* lenny (testing) 2.2.7-2lenny1: all
* sid (unstable) 2.3.3-1: all
So it depends on your Debian release. If you absolutely want to install OTRS
2.3, and your are not in sid, I think you need to install manually from source
(but be aware that you go out of the debian packages) .
