First of all, thx for your reply. My problem is that i can't edit some
fields of a customer company although there aren't customers associated
yet. I'd like just to correct an error in writing customer company id.

If you want to group your customers and allow them to see other tickets
from his/her company, you need Customer ID field. The company tickets
view in customer frontend shows tickets with Customer ID equal to the
Customer ID of the loggen in customer.
