Thank you for the reply.
Indeed I have been meesing around with that file and I have the header but what
I don't know how to get is the owners name.
I want to know how to get that data, so I can create the new column with the
data.
You see, I have this line in the contenthead <td
class="contentkey">$Text{"Owner"}</td>
Now what I'm missing is the second part <td
class="$QData{"CssClass"}">$QData{"Owner","40"}</td>
That line right there, doesn't retrieve anything.
Am I making myself clear?

have a look at the AgentITSMConfigItem.dtl in your Schema. Here
you can add additional Fields for the list.
