Another way is to make a group interested in it and ask for a commercial request at [email protected]... It would be possibile (question for otrs guys) ? Furthermore. We are working to make CI assignable to agent (like type=>'Customer' but for user). When, and if we succeed, how could we contribute and let it be part of the core ?
