Hey Aleja, Install all packages published at http://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/itsm/packages13/ About PDF logo, go to Admin > SysConfig and look for Framework -> Core::PDF I also recommend an extra package for reports: http://sourceforge.net/projects/otrs-manager/
