Hello, On http://source.otrs.org/viewvc.cgi/ITSMChangeManagement/ITSMChangeManagement.sopm?view=logit says that freetext in workorders and changes is now supported but after installing it, I don't see how. Could anyone please explain to me how to insert freetexts to workorders and changes?
