Hi,when you display the ticket overview through the
AgentTicketStatusView module you see some data in columns like Ticket,
Age, Subject, State and Queue.
I need to show the name of the creator of the ticket in this view.
¿Any suggestions about how I can do this? ¿Is it possible?
I couldn't find out any configuration options to achieve this if there is
anyone.
