how did the story end ?
The posting mentions an enhancement bug for the new agent input type but
it seems that it never got filed.
I think OTRS ITSM needs some more input types for CIs like a label to
structure the input mask (the dummy type can't be labeled), a self
clearing TextArea to act as a comment field for the last CI change and
radio buttons (not check boxes).
Having an agent input type is logical in contrast to the customer input
type so an enhancement bug with the code would perhaps be considered for
ITSM 2.1 or 3.0.
